At one point in time, circa 1989, an "official" IAGSDC cookbook was created and circulated. It was assembled from contributions made by 40+ dancers - many of the names you'll see elsewhere in this wiki. A second edition was published in 1990. The editor was Miss Wella Balsam, aka Bill Houghton.
The original is a bi-fold letter stationery booklet. Freeman Stamper has been kind enough to scan his copies of both editions to PDFs.
