Obituary

MC CARTHY
CRAIG K, 38, passed away on March 20 1992. Devoted and loving partner to William D Hall Jr for 15 years. Survived by mother, Muriel; brother to Bruce (Susan), Roger (Caroline), uncle to Eric, Brian, Jerrod, Deonna, and Kelly; uncle, Tom Silverstein. We will always remember the brightness and love he brought to us and his friends. The family would appreciate any remembrance be made to an AIDS group of their choice in Craig's name. [2]

Remembrance

Craig learned to dance with the Mustangs in the early 1980s. In the winter of 1982, he moved to Denver and very soon became one of the movers and shakers in Mile High Squares. He and Bob Southerland and I took turns teaching beginning classes thru 1982 and 1983. Yes, his partner was Bill Hall who worked as a bartender at Charlies. Craig was very much committed to the rodeo association (CGRA), and he took part in all of the activities. When Rainbeaus split off from Mile High Squares in early 1984, we drifted apart. I don’t believe he ever attended a Rainbeaus event. Sometime around 1985-1986 he and Bill decided to move back to Miami, and I never saw him again.
