Obituary

A funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 27, 2001, in All Saints Catholic Church for Thomas Richard Blush, who died Dec. 28, 2000, of lymphoma at age 46.

Mr. Blush was born Dec. 18, 1954, in Whitefish, Mont., and moved to Washington as a teen-ager. He graduated in 1977 from the University of Washington and in 1980, he moved to Portland. He was a service representative for US West for about 13 years, retiring for health reasons in 1993.

Survivors include his mother, Helen Eglsaer; brothers, Robert and Alan; sisters, Leslie Kanzler and Claire Blush; and partner, Rick Hawes.

Disposition is by cremation. The family suggests remembrances to C.H.A.T. Arrangements are by Omega Funeral & Cremation Service.^[1]
