If you landed here, you're probably either an interviewer or interviewee for the 10/25 Project.
Well, how the heck does one get started with interviewing someone? I suggest you resist the same initial urge that I had to make this complicated. :)

Keep it simple and straightforward.
As you read through the topics in a section, the questions and recollections that first come to your mind are probably the best starting points for fleshing out each topic.
