DIXON — Bob, of Surrey, suddenly August 31, 2001, aged 58 years. Survived by his loving family; mother Violet, brother John, sister Jean Cook all of England, sister Patricia Laudan of Westbank B.C., several nieces, nephews and many other family members and friends. Memorial service will be conducted by The Very Rev'd. Peter Elliott, Friday, September 7, at 4 p.m. in Christ Church Cathedral, 690 Burrard Street (at W. Georgia) Vancouver. Flowers gratefully declined in favor of donations to the B.C. Heart Fund, or the Christ Church Cathedral Restoration and Renewal Fund.
