What is the difference between "Folded" and "Disbanded" ?

Should we list dates for Founded and Joined/Inducted (into the association)

Some non-club groups (affiliates) are listed - LCFD, Gold Rush, while others are not - GCA, Bathing Beauties should we be consistent, and if so, how?

missing: Toddlin' Town Twirlers (Toddling?) - short-lived Chicago club (women only, I think)

Peachtree ? Squares - the first Atlanta club - failed bit for 1992 convention so that should help with the dates

also the group from Alaska from the 80s... it was listed in the 10th convention program I think - were they ever an association member?
