BLEVINS
Floyd "Ray" Blevins, born on March 9, 1949, in Monticello, KY, passed away on May 4 1996, preceded in death by his parents Elmer and Mary Ona (nee Bell) Blevins; survived by his partner, Matt Fleig of Chicago, IL; his sisters, Angie Nance of Durham, NC and Emily Baber of Clearwater, FL and his brothers, Lloyd Blevins of Atlanta, GA and Tom Blevins of Monticello, KY. Ray receive a Bachelors of Music Education at Eastern Kentucky University. Ray taught for more than 20 years, the last 16 years at Prairie School. Ray participated in the Apollo Chorus, the Windy City Chorus, the Chicago Gay Men's Chorus, and Chi-Town Squares. Memorial at Grace Baptist Church on Saturday, June 1 at 2 p.m. Contributions may be made to Grace Baptist Church, 1307 W.
