Obituary

ASKEW, Mark Ferris — In San Francisco, December 2, 1991 at 4 pm; survived by his father Arthur Askew; two grandmothers and family in Oklahoma; brother Neil Askew and family in South Carolina; great aunt Kathryn Walden of the East Bay; he also leaves his loving friend Dennis Cooney of New York City; as well as his life-partner of five years Will King of San Francisco.

A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, December 16, 1991; at 6 pm at the Swedenborgian Church located at the corner of Lyon and Washington Streets in S.F. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to the Audubon Society or the Shanti Project in his name.

Remembrances

We have just learned that former member, Mark Askew, who moved to California a few years ago has died. Unfortunately, we haven’t any details at this time.
