Obituary

Larry Joyner, 53, loving companion of Todd Fellegy, died on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 unexpectedly in Lake George, New York. Born in Norwalk on November 25, 1963, he was the son of the late Frank and Yolanda Joyner. Larry was a self-employed Licensed Massage Therapist. He was studying naturopathic medicine. He was a kind and caring man who always loved to help others. Larry enjoyed traveling with his partner Todd and spending time at their house on Lake George.

Besides his partner Todd of fifteen years, he is survived by his close friend Holly and her son Colton, whom he considered a daughter and grandson; Todd’s mother, Marion Fellegy of Meriden; his faithful dog, Carlie and the family cats, Harvey, Angel and Crooked Head, who referred to him as Uncle Larry. He was predeceased by a brother, Michael Joyner.

Relatives and friends are invited to call at the on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 from 4 to 7:30 pm at the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home, 88 East Main Street, Meriden. A funeral service will follow at 7:30 pm. Burial will be private. Should friends desire, contributions in his memory may be made to his family for final expenses.
