Larry Comeaux
Memorial services will be at a later date at Sts. Peter and Paul Church in Scott for Mr. Larry Paul Comeaux, 44, who died Friday at his residence in San Francisco after an extended illness.

Burial is in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include his mother, the former Lelia Lacy; a sister, Mrs. Allen (Mary Ann) Dugas, Scott; a brother, Vernel Comeaux, Scott. He was preceded in death by his father, Julien Comeaux.

He was a native of Scott and resident of San Francisco for 25 years.

He served in in the U.S. Army.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at a 9 a.m. Mass in Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Scott for Larry Paul Comeaux, 44, who dies Friday, June 15 at 2:15 a.m. at his residence in San Francisco after an extended illness.

Interment will be in the Greenlawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery. The Rev. Frederick O. Swenson, pastor, will officiate.

Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Julien Comeaux of Scott, the former Lelia Lacy; one sister, Mrs. Allen (Mary Ann) Dugas of Scott; and one brother, Vernal Comeaux of Scott. He was preceded in death by his father, Julien Comeaux in 1983.

A native of Scott, he had been a resident of San Francisco for 23 years.

He was a veteran of military service having served as lieutenant junior grade with the Navy for four years.

He was a graduate of Scott High School Class of 1963 and graduated in 1967 from the University of Southwestern Louisiana with a degree in business accounting. While attending USL he was a member of Theta Xi Fraternity.

Comeaux was employed as director of corporate buildings for Charles Schwab Corporation of San Francisco and was a volunteer for the San Francisco Opera Society and the Blind Children Foundation.

Martin and Castille Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.[2]
