Age 40, died July 4, at home, attended by family and friends. Architect. Son of Mr. and Mrs. Clifford E. Newquist; brother of Allison Harvey, Sharon Chapman and Scott Newquist; uncle of three nephews, all of Portland. Memorial service to be conducted at Central Lutheran Church, 11th and East Olive Street Friday, 3 p.m., July 8. Remembrances may be made to the charity of your choice.^[2]
