ZUCKER, FRED M.
Fred M. Zucker, 88, of Lincoln Park, retired Gallery Director at Merrill Chase and Sears Vincent Price Art Galleries, opera aficionado, dedicated bicyclist, member of Chi-Town Squares, passed away peacefully Oct. 8, 2012. Cherished father of David, Paul (Susan) and Eric (Margie) Zucker; beloved brother of Betty (Larry) Berkow of Bethesda, MD; dear uncle of Jay and Steven Berkow. Celebration of Life and Reception Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2012 from 3 to 5:30 p.m. (service at 3:15 p.m.) at The Cliff Dwellers, 200 S. Michigan Ave., Chicago. Remembrances

Fred was a great guy, a kind & gentle man. He was one of the beginner class "angels" when I first started dancing with Chi-Town Squares. Always a smile and a word of encouragement for the new dancers. Saw him a year or two ago. He will be missed.
