Obituary

Dr. Donald Kuzela, 68, passed away at his home in Denver on March 17th. He is survived by his long-time partner Jorge Chavez, his son Steven Kuzela in Los Angeles and his daughter Danielle Watts in Phoenix, three grandchildren, Austin, Aspen and Aurora and many close friends. He was preceded in death by his father, mother and two brothers. He had retired from Rose Medical Center where he was a surgical pathologist for seventeen years. Don had many personal and professional achievements. He enjoyed his diverse passions to the fullest. One of his greatest was travel and together with Jorge travelled the world and appreciated all the wonders life had to offer. A memorial service to celebrate his journey will be planned at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the charity of your choice in his name.
