Ben Yow
Sept. 26, 1944-Jan. 20, 1993
Ben finished things up and went to join Dennis Haney for an extended ski and wind surfing excursion. Ben came to this planet to help people find love, show people how to leave fear in the dust, abd give people permission to follow their dreams. He is fondly remembered by many families of the developmentally disabled, his ski students, and others that he empowered.

Ben was best at creating his own unique sense of reality. He disarmed all that came into his sphere of influence, and his energy was infectious. Ben used his powers for good and left a piece of himself in the hearts of many.

He left few material possesions because he could only take knowledge and unconditional love with him on his adventure. After two years of packing, the celestial movers came to collect an uncountable number of steamer trunks of psychic valuables. Known as a light packer while here, he took no chances as he prepared to enter the tunnel.

He greatly apreciated the love and care provided by Ward 86, Ward 5A, and the visiting Nurses and Hospice Shanti and Project Open Hand are appreciated for the care they provided with unconditional love.

Orson, Patch, and Sophie deeply miss the leader of their pack and provided Ben with 24-hour companionship. Ben leaves his final life partner Ken Neelege, and his soulmatesː Leanne Rhodes and Joan Owen. He also leaves his son Josh Stelick, his brother Joe, and his father Clifford.[2]
