David Franklin Hill was born on July 1, 1941 in Portsmouth, Ohio, and passed away June 4, 2021, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He passed away from complications due to Covid-19. David lived in Portsmouth until he completed high school and then moved to Dayton. He moved to Florida 35 years ago, approximately 1987, (first to Daytona Beach and then to Fort Lauderdale), He worked in retail mostly in management positions. David is survived by his husband Jose Solernou whom he married in April 19, 2015. David and Jose had a relationship that lasted for 28 years. David is also survived by his sister Judy Hill and her wife Laurie Decamp.
