LACHER, Carl J.
68, of Seminole passed away Oct. 3, 2011. Carl was born Oct. 9, 1942, in Michigan City, IN. He served four years in the U.S. Air Force stationed in Germany before becoming licensed as a Certified Public Accountant. Carl was one of the founding and managing partners of Lacher, McDonald and Co., CPAs in Seminole. He was highly esteemed and trusted in both his business and personal life because of his honesty and integrity. He will be greatly missed by his family, colleagues and friends. Carl is survived by partner of 21 years, Donald Meritt; his daughter, Erica Lacher; his former wife, Elise Lacher; and numerous friends. A celebration of Carl's life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Community Pride Child Care, 1235 Holt Ave., Clearwater, FL 33755.[1]
