Brad H. Stephens
A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Monday, Dec. 5, 1994, in Zeller Chapel of the Roses.
Mr. Stephens died Dec. 1 of AIDS at age 42.
He was born Nov. 12, 1952, in Portland. He was a graduate of David Douglas High School and Southern Oregon State College.
He worked at Consolidated Freightways and ODS Health Plan and retired in September due to ill health.
He was general manager of the Portland Gay Men's Chorus.
Surviving are his mother, Beverly Stephens of Portland; sisters, Linda Poznanter of San Marcos, Calif., and Vicki Saito of Portland; grandmother, Shirley Dodge of Portland; and companion, James V. Pennoyer.
Interment private.
