Obituary

POBST—Barbara "Babe" Pobst, age 57 and a resident of Albuquerque for 21 years died Saturday in a local hospital. She is survived by four daughters, Theresa Pobst-Martin of Ft. Washington, MD, Victoria Sporleder of Albuquerque, Julia Mason of Syracuse, NY and Deborah Pobst of Albuquerque; one grandchild; and her mother and father-in-law, Betty and John Pobst of Scottsdale, AZ. She was a member of the Metropolitan Community Church of Albuquerque and Common Bond. A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday morning at 11:00 a.m. in the Metropolitan Community Church of Albuquerque, 2404 Mateo Place, N.E. to celebrate the life of "Babe" Pobst. The body will lie in state all day Tuesday at Fitzgerald and Son Funeral Directors, 3113 Carlisle, N.E. In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials to Common Bond or the American Lung Association, 216 Truman, N.E., Albq., NM 87108^[1]
